Our Mission
WePair Health exists to make community health work sustainable—for the practitioners who do it, the organizations who rely on it, and the communities who need it most.
We're a small team that believes the healthcare system's most important conversations happen outside of clinics—in living rooms, on doorsteps, at community centers. Community Health Workers and Doulas are the people having those conversations.
Our platform brings together nationally recognized certification training, AI-powered practice tools, and a job network—so that becoming and staying a CHW or Doula is a real, viable career path, not just a calling with no support structure.
