WePair Health is committed to making our website and tools accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This page describes our current accessibility status and how to reach us with concerns.

Our conformance target

WePair Health aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages and digital tools. We conduct periodic accessibility reviews and address issues as they are discovered or reported.

What we've built so far.

Keyboard & Navigation

  • All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible
  • Logical tab order throughout all pages
  • Skip-to-content link for screen reader and keyboard users
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements

Visual Design

  • Minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratio for body text (WCAG AA)
  • 3:1 contrast ratio for large text and UI components
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content
  • No content that relies on color alone to convey meaning

Screen Readers & Assistive Tech

  • All images include descriptive alt text
  • Form fields include explicit, associated labels
  • ARIA landmarks structure each page (main, nav, footer)
  • Dynamic content updates are announced via ARIA live regions

Motion & Sensory

  • Animations respect prefers-reduced-motion settings
  • No content flashes more than 3 times per second
  • Session timeout warnings are announced and dismissible

We believe in transparency. These are accessibility issues we know about and are actively working to resolve.

Third-party video embeds

Captions are enabled on all new videos. Older embedded content is being reviewed and updated by Q3 2025.

We are working to remediate older PDF documents for screen reader compatibility. Tagged PDFs are available on request.
